Passport Technology Tuesday announced the selection and installation of CashSuite, Passport’s full suite of payments and cash-access products, by Baldini’s Sports Casino and Restaurant in Sparks, Nevada.
Passport’s CashSuite includes ATM, credit-card cash advance, point-of-sale debit, ticket redemption, debit-ticket purchase, dynamic currency conversion, and bill breaking. CashSuite is powered by Passport’s proprietary cloud-based DataStream ATM and POS switch, delivered via the CashStream kiosk and casino cage.
“We love the Reno market,” said Passport CIO & President of DataStream John Steely in a statement. “Baldini’s and Passport are uniquely positioned as partners to grow beyond payments.”
Baldini’s has 492 gaming machines, live keno, the newest independent sportsbook in northern Nevada, multiple food and beverage outlets, entertainment, and promotions and giveaways for guests. Baldini’s is also home to the “Bookie and the Bettor” podcast.
Passport has over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry as a developer of proprietary gaming-specific software, financial-transaction processing, and specialized hardware to address the unique needs of the gaming industry.
“Baldini’s has a unique locals-centric, customer offering – great gaming, great food, and great service,” said Passport CEO Diallo Gordon. “We are pleased to have them as a part of our payments family and looking forward to a collaborative partnership built on people, products, and service.”
