‘Bristol Casino — Future Home of Hard Rock’ has named Val Chobanu the new Director of Food & Beverage at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol.
“I am thrilled to join the Hard Rock team here in Bristol,” said Chobanu. “I am excited to expand our patrons’ palettes while using my skills to make Bristol Casino’s food scene thrive!”
Chobanu has over 25 years of leadership and management experience. Before coming to Bristol Casino, he worked as director of Food and Beverage at the Luxury Clubhouse and Country Club in Sacramento, California. He also has extensive training in Food and Beverage operations at Carnival Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International.
