Qiwi Wallet也是俄罗斯最大的第三方支付工具。Qiwi Wallet类似中国的支付宝，俄罗斯买家可以对Qiwi wallet进行充值，再到对应的商户网站购买产品。
Qiwi Wallet是俄罗斯人非常信任的支付方式，支持USD/RUB/EUR/KZT这四个币种的付款。商户初次申请Qiwi收款账户需要至少7-10个工作日。
Qiwi wallet的优势在于，其拥有较完善的风险保障机制。不同于PayPal或者信用卡有180天的“风险观察期”，Qiwi不存在Chargeback风险。卖家收到客户的Qiwi款项后，不需要进行订单审核和风险控制就可以直接安排发货了。
Qiwi wallet的劣势在于收款金额有限制：每笔交易额不能超过15000RUB，每日交易额不能超过2万美金。同时，其初始收款手续费率稍高，一般在4%左右。
