星展银行（DBS Bank）推出了自己的手机钱包，名为星展PayLah。
DBS PayLah是最受欢迎的手机钱包之一，是使用率第2高的电子钱包应用程序。无需拥有DBS / POSB银行帐户即可使用PayLah。你能选择从银行户头转入一笔钱进电子钱包，每次付款时就会从这个电子钱包扣钱。虽然所有银行户头都能为PayLah电子钱包充值，但若有POSB或DBS的户头，电子钱包不够钱时就能自动从户头“取钱”，无须担心电子钱包不够钱（除非你的户口也不够钱）。
DBS PayLah类似于支付宝，也是使用手机扫码收付款的，只需要找到支持PayLah的商家，即可扫码支付。
