Law enforcement have arrested a man for first-degree murder following a fatal incident in the parking garage of the Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma.

The fatality occurred early on Sunday evening, with Choctaw police booking the suspect, Antonio Anthony Latham, just after 9pm at Bryant County Jail. The unnamed victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

A disagreement reportedly took place between two guests in the Sky Tower garage and investigators are still trying to figure out the exact reason. Choctaw Nation sent its condolences to the victim’s family through a press release and confirmed it will fully cooperate with the authorities.

The Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant is a popular destination for a lot of Texans as it lies close to the border and is only about a 90-minute drive from downtown Dallas.
