由PHP语言开发，基于WebRTC实时音视频技术和WebSocket全双工通讯技术，通过浏览器实现访客与客服之间的点对点实时语音通话。
同时兼顾文字聊天，上传图片和文件以及远程视频等等，具有类似网络电话呼叫中心、集团电话系统这类产品的功能。
